The Company is founded by two seasoned professionals who have worked extensively in the domain of Human Resources for more than 16 years each. Over the years, they deepened their learning in industries like Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Banking, Ayurveda and in Education sector and now entered into a new phase of their lives as Entrepreneurs.

Our first vertical is to facilitate learning interventions for your employees with the utmost focus on the organization’s priority of people development. We specialize in behavioral and soft skill programs by delivering power-packed sessions bundled with real-time examples and case discussions, providing tools and techniques to practice and adopt newer ways of performing the tasks. We also work on customized requirements like imbibing organizational values and developing teams on identified competencies.

The second vertical focuses on HR Consulting by partnering with your Human Resources function, to strengthen HR positioning within the organization. For this, we work on HR priorities like setting up an ideal organizational structure and developing job profiling for each unique role, HR process improvement assignment, Organization diagnosis and driving culture transformation projects, HR Audits and identifying improvement areas.

The Company also work with students and help them in identifying the right career opportunities. The counseling follows a scientific approach wherein we conduct comprehensive psychometric analysis and DMIT profiling followed by detailed counseling discussion with Students and their parents. DMIT profiling focuses on the assessment of in-born talent, interests and personality type whereas psychometric analysis focuses on skills, abilities and interests acquired over time, career motivators and learning style of the student. The holistic process helps the student choose the right career stream.

Maulik Patel

Maulik brings 17+ years of experience in Human Resources across various Pharmaceutical & Healthcare organizations like Claris Lifesciences Limited, Baxter Pharmaceuticals India Limited. His Last assignment was with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as Sr. General Manager – Human Resources supporting Corporate and Business Functions (India and Overseas business). He is a double postgraduate in Management and Commerce and has undergone various executive learning programs in Human Resources, Leadership, Winning Edge Communication Strategies for Leaders, and Linking HR with Business Performance from ISB, IIM – Ahmedabad and XLRI.

His core expertise remains in helping business leaders shape an organizational strategy to achieve business outcomes, design and drive holistic HR plan across the hierarchy with a significant focus on increasing productivity and amplifying employee experience. During his professional journey, he contributed significantly to establishing Long Range Planning, Ethics & Compliance Framework at the site, Adoption of POSH at the workplace, carving out end-to-end Talent Management solutions, HR process integration, and conducting HR audits.

Over the years, he has gained exposure in the domain of organization & people development with the utmost focus on business performance and individual growth. He can create significant value addition in an individual’s career by understanding their self-potential and helping them to be successful in their professional journey. He has designed and delivered numerous functional and behavioral training interventions with the focused group and large group.

Arun Singh Songara

Arun Singh has rich and intensive 16+ years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership and People management across industries like Pharmaceutical, Banking, and Education. He is an MBA in HR & Marketing from ICFAI, Certified- People Analytics from IIM, PPA from Thomas Profiling, POSH Consultant, a Certified Career Counsellor from BCPA India & ACCPH- UK, a Certified Meditation Trainer, a Diploma in Naturopath, Ayurveda and Yoga.

He exhibits considerable pragmatic skills and assists in different phases of career development, leadership and team management through predictive modelling techniques. His core expertise and experience are in Human Resource Consulting, Leadership, Team Management, Talent Acquisition & Management, Competency Mapping, and Performance Management. His passion and education in Human Resources, Labour Law, Psychology, People Analytics, POSH at the workplace and intensive work experience have influenced a considerable number of professionals in carving out the best career paths.

He has been providing consulting for students, graduates, and professionals with passion. His extraordinary ability to connect and understand their personality, interest area, abilities, and career context has resulted in realigning to domains where they can excel and add value. Over the years Arun has established himself as a highly accomplished Corporate Trainer, Leadership Coach, Life Coach, Career Counsellor and Founder of Align – The Career Hub.

He is a motivator and has been training in various industries including Banking, Finance, Pharma, Hospitality, Education and IT.
